Substrakt were commissioned to redesign the Futurebuilders website. Using Wordpress as a backend CMS, we dramatically increased the ease of management for the Future Builders editors and also added a range of powerful new features for the end user.
Future Builders are constantly making new investments and it became apparent that a standard “list view” just wasn’t the best way to display that data. So we created a quick Google map view to show investments in a geographical context.
The map is searchable by postcode and, because of the sheer volume of investments, features “clustering”. This means that when the user is zoomed out they can see the number of investments an area has received, when zoomed in they can see each individual investment in situ.
